Go to Game Data Utility and delete the latest FIFA 11 Patch (1.05) 2. Start FIFA 11 and then Create a New Manager Mode or you can load up a Manager Mode which is at a Beginning of a New Season and you haven't changed the Budget Allocation. 3. Go to Buy Players, Loan List and then make a Loan Offer for a Player that you'll definitely get. (It does depend on what team you are for example if your Torquay United you would loan offer for a 50/60 Rated Player. But if your someone like Arsenal then offer for anyone really. 4. Loan Offer for the Player, the Contract offer shouldn't matter 5. Advance until you get the Loanee player 6. Sign the Loanee Player then go to Transfers and then go to Budget Allocation 7. Set the ratio to 0:100 so you have no transfer budget at all and all of the money is on the Wage Budget and then Press X to save the Budget Allocation 9.
